Mission #5 - A Vegan Menu

This week we've been discussing issues related to Food and Eating Habits. Bearing in mind the text 'Veganism facts' we read in class, as well as the following list of main courses and desserts, create (in pairs) a set of 2 or 3 vegan menus combining these (or other) dishes. Tell us the reasons for your choice!
