Mission #4 involves posting your texts on your daily military routine (more or less the same we saw when studying the unit 'Frank's in Basic Training.')

The quotidian life of a Portuguese Diver during the course is very active and takes about 6 months of practical classes plus other 3 months for theoretical classes.

The routine is:
7:30/7:55 – Wake up, diary hygiene and breakfast;
8:00/8:45 – Physical training, jogging;
8:45/9:00 – Some organization and a briefing of the day;
9:00/12:30 – Diving specific activities;
12:30/13:00 – Cleaning and organizing the material;
13:00/13:55 – Lunch;
14:00/14:50 – Material maintenance (refilling the bottles);
14:55/16:30 – Diving classes (theory);

We make often physical activities after the classes so we can remember our mistakes committed during the day. Once accomplished all the punishments, we have our licenses;

My routine on the Navy is a really adventure because I pass my entire day running. I wake up on seven o’clock and do my personal hygiene, at eight o’clock start the activities whit a run than go to the river and do the diver activities all morning till 12 o’clock. Than I’m go to lunch and after that do the cleaning to the material of diver and than I go to the diver school and have some disciplines about diver course. The disciplines over at 17 o’clock and than some times I have punishments so than I must have to do circuits to remember the errors that a make during the day and improve my physical condition.
It’s hard but I want to pass in this course so I’ve must do all this well.
